Citrix 12.3.0, Mac OS 10.12.1, and Printing (Screwdrivers) We recently switched to a cloud computing platform at work. Because it's handled by the company that provides our banking software, we don't have access to change anything on the server (if I need to). Their response of 'We don't support Mac' has made me turn to the internet for help.
Since upgrading to Sierra 10.12.1 on my MacBook Pro my Citrix Receiver 12.3 started crashing. Citrix support maintains this is an 'Apple Issue', quite frankly I don't care who is at fault, I'm just looking for resolution to the problem...

I am using Citrix receiver apps to do my day to day job. The same citrix apps can also be accessed via web browser (Safari) and everything was working fine till EI Capitan version.
Post upgrade to macOS sierra I am unable to connect/launch any citrix apps. I tried with citrix receiver and via web browser as well, but its not connecting.
Is anyone else facing the same issue or know the fix.
Earlier i thought it may be some connectivity issue but after a lot of troubleshooting it still didn't work and shows the same error 'Initialization Failed.' (snapshot attached).
Then suddenly clicked in mind that i have just upgraded my MacBook OS. To confirm whether its new macOS problem or anything else, I installed Windows10 on vmware fusion and tried connecting the citrix receiver from it and it just worked !!! without any further troubleshooting it is confirmed that the issue is in new macOS.
So as a temporary workaround one can use virtual windows OS on top os macOS sierra to launch citrix apps.
But apple need to fix it in Sierra.
